Jordan Iverson is a creative at heart, a designer, RE investor + entrepreneur
He is a Eugene, Oregon native, living there with his wife + 3 kids. He grew up learning various parts of the construction and real estate industry from his dad. Jordan is completely self taught, with a never ending desire to innovate and create. A college drop-out, with no design education, he learned early on that he had a natural talent for home design and space planning and started Jordan Iverson Signature Homes. Focused on PNW inspired modern homes and interiors. For years he handled every element of each build, from the floor plans, construction, interiors, marketing and sales and eventually grew a team to assist.
Alongside design + build of custom homes and remodels, he was investing in multi-family rental properties, developing subdivisions and small planned communities, and creating in other ways through photography, gallery shows and other side projects and brands focused on unique decor and interior design.
This background of talents led to a perfect blend of skills to more recently create hospitality focused brands like Dream Time Getaways, with Oregon based Airbnb destinations including cabins & resort homes and The505 Eugene, a boutique 8 suite themed hotel.
After losing his father to cancer and other life changing events. He has chosen to focus mostly on taking time for “little moments”. Simple family and friend moments and relationships that last forever, but are often missed in todays frantic culture and hustle. He hopes that through design and hospitality focused ventures, others are to make time to relax, recharge and reinvest in their passions, relationships and family.
